The Columbia TheraPedic IPS Car Seat meets all the regulations set by standard no. 213 of the Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards (F.M.V.S.S.) and fire code 302 and transports your special needs child safely in a car or van with optimum support and position.  This seat is certified for aircraft use and has been crash tested.  With it's 5-point harness system, side tubes of chromed steel, ABS vacuform plastic shell and positioning pads for laterial support, this is a safe and comfortable seat for special children or small adults.  The seat is also silicone and latex free with a machine-washable, soft, durable plush cover.

Child Seat - The IPS 2000 fits for children 60" and under in height with a 102 lb. weight capacity.

Small Adult Seat - The IPS 2500 fits for individuals from 54"-66" in height with a 130 lb. weight capacity.
